a blast from the past - reuploading my old skins since i noticed you 
can't find them anymore anywhere - also revel in my old readme notes.

this 2.0 version has a bit of a history: primary it
is an improved version of the rip made by $tephen,
but i think you can see some dramatic changes in here;
i've redone the display of the main skin, enhanced
the equalizer and changed the playlist a little bit.

this skin needed quite a long time to get finished.
i started to create a skin, which should look like
the trinity-rack from korg. but after a while i
realised that this whole design was kinda boring...
so i modified the whole thing again and again util
stainless was born.
